Are your Korean skincare products authentic?
Yes. Products offered through Carna Online Store are supplied through Carna Medical B.V. and our authorized distribution channels. We guarantee the authenticity and distribution history of products purchased through our official sales channels.
Which Korean skincare brands do you offer?
We currently offer selected professional Korean skincare products from brands including Hubislab and Face Republic.
Do you ship throughout Europe?
Yes. We ship to European destinations and also serve selected international markets.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping within Europe on cosmetic orders of €250 or more. Certain professional devices, oversized items or special shipments may be excluded.
How long does order processing take?
Products available in stock are normally dispatched within 7 business days. Temporarily out-of-stock products may require up to 3 weeks before dispatch.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination, order details and available shipping method.
Can I return skincare or cosmetic products?
Eligible sealed products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned under the statutory withdrawal right once the hygiene seal has been opened or broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies.
Can PMU pigments and cartridges be returned?
PMU pigments, sterile cartridges, needles and other hygiene-sensitive products supplied in sealed packaging can only be returned under the statutory withdrawal right while their original seal or sterile packaging remains intact, where applicable under Dutch and EU law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
What PMU brands do you offer?
Our PMU range includes professional products from Goochie and Mastor, including PMU machines, cartridges, pigments and selected accessories.
Do you offer professional training?
Yes. Carna Academy offers professional beauty training programs, including PMU Training and Korean Skincare Training. Available courses will be listed in the Academy section of our store.
Can professionals and beauty salons order from Carna Online Store?
Yes. We serve both individual customers and professional beauty businesses. Some products and training programs are specifically designed for professional use.
