Products that are available in stock are normally dispatched within 7 business days after the order has been confirmed.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, the estimated dispatch time may be up to 3 weeks. Availability may vary depending on the product and supplier stock.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination, order details and available shipping method.

We work with trusted logistics partners, including DHL Worldwide Shipping, for international deliveries.

Free Shipping in Europe

We offer free shipping within Europe on cosmetic orders of €250 or more.

The free-shipping offer applies to qualifying cosmetic-product orders and may not apply to professional devices, oversized products or other special shipments.

Delivery Times

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and the selected shipping service. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been shipped.

International Orders

Carna Online Store ships internationally. For destinations outside the European Union, local customs procedures, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

Any applicable import charges that are not collected during checkout may be charged by the local customs authority or delivery carrier.
